  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet

Job Description

  • Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Front Desk Officer in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general inquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate Counselor.
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents through appropriate courier companies.

  • Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in clients and successfully communicating company information and providing advice.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all walk-in clients and phone call. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Placements.

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
